Why do Runners need strength and mobility work?
While strength and mobility work doesn't guarantee that you'll never sustain injuries, it has been proven to dramatically reduce the risk, as empirical studies have shown as well as from my own experience in training runners.
My running clients have also been able to steadily improve their Personal Best times across 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon as well as Mountain runs.
