What is Total Body Toning?

It’s a highly effective workout designed to slim your waist, harden your muscles, increase your fitness and build your strength, all in 45 Minutes 

When is it on?

Tuesdays 18:15 – 19:00

Thursdays 18:15 – 19:00

Saturdays 08:00 – 08:45

What Can You Expect?

The format for Total Body Toning changes quite regularly to help keep everyone’s mind as well as their body well stimulated. 

Generally it consists of strength and muscle building work at the beginning. After a short rest cardio and conditioning follows, then finishing with some core work.

Each exercise can generally be adapted to you and your level of ability. If you aren’t comfortable with an exercise I’ll do my best to find a suitable alternative.

How many people go to it?

The classes are designed for a maximum of 8 people. This helps to make sure you get the most from each class, you stay safe and you’re able to perform the exercises effectively. As numbers are limited, it’s important that you book in before so I can ensure you have space.

How much does it cost?

Classes are paid 2 weeks up front. You can sign up at the link below which will cover you for 2 classes per week for 2 weeks.
