Our One to One Personal Training service is designed to help you get the results you want in the most effective and enjoyable way possible.
In your initial consultation you will get to experience a taster of what it’s like to train at Cross Functional Fitness.
First of all we will spend some time chatting informally but confidentially about your personal goals, your timescale, current nutrition and take some basic measurements, (if applicable to your goals).
